Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - The paparazzo who sued Britney Spears of driving over his foot in 2007 has upgraded his lawsuit. Ricardo Mendoza has specified the financial damages on his assault, battery and negligence suit.

Shutterbug Mendoza was working for TMZ in 2007 when the "Womanizer" star rolled over his foot with her Mercedes convertible. The incident was captured in video.

He did not press charges at that time, but filed lawsuit in May against the pop princess. He was asking for unspecified damages.

But now, Mendoza wants to be more specific. He wants $185,000 in general damages, $16,533.50 for medical bills, and $10,000 for any future foot problems, according to the numbers obtained by eonline.com.

Spears is currently concluding the North American leg of her "Circus" tour. She will then head to Australia in November after her stint in Vegas this weekend.

In celebration of the 10th anniversary of her debut on the music scene, Jive Records is releasing Britney Spears The Singles Collection on November 23rd. To launch the special package a brand new single entitled "3," which Britney recently recorded with hitmaker Max Martin, will be released on November 16th.

There will be two configurations of The Singles Collection; an ultimate fan box set and a standard version.

The ultimate fan box set version of The Singles Collection will contain all 29 of her singles, including the new song "3." Each disc will be packaged in its own slip sleeve case with original artwork, and will include an additional b-side or a remix of the track. The collection will include a DVD featuring all of Britney's videos in chronological order. The ultimate fan box set will also include a special booklet featuring iconic images and fun facts about each track.

The standard version of The Singles Collection will contain 17 of her chart topping favorites along with the new song "3," all on one CD.

During her 10 year career, Britney Spears has sold over 63 million albums. She has had 6 top 5 albums in the UK including most recently 'Circus' which became her fastest selling album to date. She is one of the top-selling artists of the last decade worldwide with her albums …Baby One More Time (1999); Oops!... I Did It Again (2000); Britney (2001); In The Zone (2003); Blackout (2007) and Circus (2008). Worldwide she has sold over 63 million albums.

Britney Spears is currently touring in support of her most recent studio album Circus. "The Circus Starring Britney Spears" tour which started in her home state of Louisiana in March 2009.

The custody agreement between Britney Spears and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, has been extended to the end of the year.

The custody arrangement between Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline has been extended on Friday. The decision was made by a Los Angeles Court judge which will extend the joint custody agreement between the estranged couple until the end of the year.

The terms of the deal stipulated that Spears was allowed to travel with her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, during her 'Circus' Tour. She is allowed 50/50 custody of her children, sometimes even more.

She was also supposed to provide Federline with lodging if he chose to accompany the boys. Spears is also paying $20,000 a month to Federline in child support, as well as $20,000-25,000 additionally if she travels out of California with the boys.

Spears had previously lost custody of her children due to her chaotic lifestyle. Most recently, she has been on tour in support of her 2008 studio album, 'Circus.'

Federline has signed up to appear on a reality show for VH1, "Celebrity Fit Club."
