Britney Spears’s ex-rep Sam Lufti: “Nothing wrong with Britney.” - Entertainment and Showbiz!

Britney Spears' former manager and spokesman Sam Lufti, the man who was thought to be main culprit behind the pop icon's major downfall told TMZ yesterday that Spear's unpredictable crazy antics were merely outlets of "her independence and her freedom."

The Princess of Pop who catapulted to fame with her phenomenon debut album …Baby One More Time made headlines with her shocking and bizarre antics: her short-lived marriages, going bald by shaving off her tresses, attacking a paparazzi vehicle with an umbrella and the much-hyped bitter custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline over her two-children which continued to receive heightened media attention and cast Britney in an unfavorable light.

While her parenting skills too got her harsh censure from media nobody realized what the constant media scrutiny and utter pack of privacy did to the young talented singer reducing her to a mere nervous wreck. The Toxic star was held in a Los Angeles psychiatric ward when she refused to relinquish custody of her children to her ex-husband Federline's representatives. Due to court orders she entered a co-conservatorship with her father which placed him in the control of Spears' massive fortune and legal affairs.

Sam Lufti who believed that he is one of many "enablers" contributing to her disastrously negative lifestyle told TMZ.com, "(Britney was) expressing her independence and her freedom. Hopefully she'll get the chance to do it again. (There's) nothing wrong with Britney, she's awesome."

A restraining order was issued against Lufti in early 2008 which prohibits him from contacting the not-so "Lucky" crooner.
