| Britney Spears Misses Court Date Due To Misunderstanding - Starpulse.com Posted: 17 Jan 2010 01:57 PM PST  Britney Spears missed a Los Angeles court date for a conservatorship hearing on Friday due to a "misunderstanding." The pop star's aides asked Commissioner Reva Goetz to postpone the case, fearing the pop star would be besieged by the paparazzi after word leaked about the time of her court date - and they thought the delay had been agreed. But Goetz tells TMZ.com that that wasn't the case and now Spears must show up in court on January 22. The commissioner says, "The court was supposed to meet with Ms. Spears... and there was a misunderstanding. I'm going to continue the matter until next Friday at 1:30 and she will be here."

Spears, 28, posted her denial on her Twitter page after she found a feature in Look magazine claiming to have interviewed her about her body issues. "See who's full of it," Us magazine quoted her as having written about the reports. In the supposed interview that took place with Look magazine, Spears is quoted as having said she is never satisfied with her body. "I'm such a perfectionist, which means I'm never satisfied. I always strive for things to be better. I think you can be happy with the person on the inside but on the outside, you're always striving for more. But that's how you end up driving yourself crazy," she reportedly said. The mag also quoted her saying she isn't comfortable in her own skin and that she does not see herself as sexy. We're told Britney will show up for a 1:30 PM meeting with the commissioner -- in the commissioner's chambers. We're told Britney will be accompanied by lawyers for the estate and, presumably, daddy Jamie Spears. Our sources say this chambers meeting is not about ending the conservatorship. We're told the lawyers have not filed a petition to end the conservatorship, at least not yet. As we first reported, however, the lawyers and Jamie -- and Britney for sure -- want to begin the process of undoing the personal conservatorship. As for why Commissioner Reva Goetz wants to see Britney, we know the topic of ending the conservatorship has been discussed with the commissioner. It's not unusual for a commissioner to call the subject of the conservatorship into court to see how he/she is progressing.

The 'Toxic' singer is said to be "distraught" after learning Jason Trawick had been flirting with two women at Los Angeles' bar Roger Room and is now refusing to take his calls. Ella Davis, a reveller at the bar, told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Jason left the bar with two bottles of water - and a stunning blonde who looked like Britney. "He had his arms around her and they looked very much like they were together for the night." Friends of Jason - who has proposed to Britney a number of times - have defended him, insisting his behaviour is out of character. A source added: "Jason's a great guy and super loyal. This behaviour is really out of character. But Los Angeles is a small town and word soon got back to Britney he'd had a wild one. "When she heard he'd been caught cosying up two girls in The Roger Room, it was the last straw. Jason's really not like this and quickly tried to calm Britney down and rectify the situation. He explained the girls were just friends and there was nothing in it but they still had a massive row. "Everyone is assuming it's over - for the time being anyway." After the argument Britney called her mother who has flown in from Louisiana to comfort her. Britney - who has two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline - and agent Jason started dating last March.
