The pop princess was said to have flaunted a flat stomach, pert rear and slender legs on the set of a MTV shoot. Jamie has been the conservator of the pop princess' finances and assets since her meltdown last year. Her youthful, all-American looks and apparent innocence made her an international star and a role model for young women. Since then her life has been far from straight-forward, but last night saw the singer awarded a lifetime achievement award at the Teen Choice Awards. The Gimme More singer wore a little black dress, greeting fans before posing for pictures at the California event. The newly svelte star wore a daring, tiny black sparkling dress. The awards are voted for by the teens and tweens of the US and the award is seen as stamp of approval for coming through her personal crises as much as for churning out a decade of highly danceable pop. Over the years the 27-year-old has been at many of the annual ceremonies but this time, she looked more comfortable to be back in the spotlight. In the past year, the mother-of-two has been looking a little tubby around the tummy, prompting speculation that she is pregnant again. But the singer appeared to be back to her best last night. Nine years previously, the singer appeared in an odd combination, looking a bit Dolly Parton-ish in short-frilled pink number with high nude heels. It was at that ceremony the singer promised a hot career comeback. | Britney Spears Appears at Teen Choice Awards - San Francisco Examiner Posted: 10 Aug 2009 12:44 PM PDT Britney Spears certainly is a "put on a show kind of girl" (to quote her song "Circus"). She showed up to the 2009 Teen Choice Awards Sunday, August 9 looking gorgeous and stylish. Britney was at the awards show to accept the Ultimate Choice Award. Spears is also up for three other awards. With her hair back to its signature platinum blonde and her trendy asymmetrical black dress, Britney definitely was one of the best dressed of the night. Her body looked great and muscular, partly due to her worldwide "Circus" tour. By the way, Britney's tour is returning to the states the end of this month! Held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, the "Gimme More" singer wore a daring, tiny black sparkling dress as she was handed her surfboard by Disney darling Miley Cyrus. Miss Spears was honored during the night's festivities with the Ultimate Choice Award for her lifetime achievements. Talking about her rollercoaster career, Brit said, "The last couple of years have been quite a ride for me, the media has criticized my every move and printed a skewed perception of who I really am as a human being."
